Parade 1
These were our VIP seats for the parade, earned because we had a really crummy dining experience at Chef Mickey's on our previous trip. Worth it, since we could touch the floats and didn't have to deal with crowds around us.

2. What makes me happy? When he blocks my shot

1. What is something I always say to you? You're a good kid and I love you.
2. What makes me happy? When I do good in my basketball game and whenever I help take care of Jake during your practice so he doesn't have to do it all by himself so he can play basketball.
3. What makes me sad? I think when I air ball my free throw and ummm when Mommy makes him wear a hoodie outside when it's snowing.
4. How do I make you laugh? I don't know. He makes me laugh a lot. I laugh a lot. Pretty much anything makes me laugh.
5. What was I like as a kid? Umm he wore the same cubs jacket as I do now and he played basketball a lot. He had blonde hair, I think, and he got braces, I think – I'm not sure. He hurt himself a lot.

8. What is my favorite thing to do? Watching me and Drew and Ben and Jake play basketball??
9. What do I do when you're not around? He takes out the trash and then sits on the couch with Mommy watching the TV.

11. What is something I'm not good at? He's bad at ice skating.
12. What do I do for a job? He works at Ecova. He does weird stuff with computers or whatever.
13. What is my favorite food? Chocolate cherry cake
14. What do you enjoy doing with me? I like playing basketball with Daddy because I like whenever he dunks on me and whenever he blocks my shot. I like playing soccer with Daddy because then I can destroy him and cross him up.

2. What makes me happy? Me serving him stuff
3. What makes me sad? If you're throwing balls at the TV
4. How do I make you laugh? Talking in a goofy way
5. What was I like as a kid? He had long hair. I don't know if he was tall or not.

9. What do I do when you're not around? Let Drew and Kate have sleepovers and do fun stuff

2. What makes me happy? Kisses and hugs and when I make a really good basket, pass, or steal in basketball
3. What makes me sad? When I (Kate) trip and fall on my face…wait. That's not a good one. When Jake breaks his leg when he falls off the couch.
4. How do I make you laugh? Whenever you talk, you're funny…no no no.It's like 1/5 of the time when you talk you're funny.
5. What was I like as a kid? I remember that you had that weird hair because Grandmama tried to do your hair and she did bad. Let's see…you played basketball and you played softball and sometimes you were mean to your little sister.

9. What do I do when you're not around? You probably sit there and cry because you're so mad because you miss me. Just kidding. You watch TV with Daddy.
10. What am I really good at? Coaching basketball and cooking food – especially your lasagna and you're just good at being a Mom in particular. I don't want to name everything.
11. What is something I'm not good at? I remember there's something you're not good at, but I can't remember what it is! Uhhhhhhhhhhhh…. Ice skating
12. What do I do for a job? Coach basketball and teach homeschool and be a Mommy
13. What is my favorite food? I actually don't know. Chicken parmesan
14. What do you enjoy doing with me? I like playing basketball with you. I also like going to shop at sports stores with you – but it has to be sports stores because other stores are not any fun.

What's more fun than one broken leg?
Two. Two broken legs. Thursday Jake got his foot caught on the slide and came up unwilling to stand. Nice four hour trip to the ER to find out he had a toddler fracture in his left shin. Thankfully no cast or splint. And, now that Saturday has rolled around he is already back up and walking on it s couple weeks early. So yay. Also quit breaking your leg Jake.
