Jake is officially a walking boy!

I have a couple of videos, but until I can get those posted, here's an update on the boy:

He's really walking as of today. Since the time a couple of weeks ago when he walked across the room, he's really relied almost all on crawling because it was faster for him. After cruising many, many laps around the couch and the coffee table each day since then, little mister decided it was time to walk. He's doing quite well and he even stood up from a sitting position with nothing to hold onto while we were at church tonight. It's time to keep those shoes in the bag for when we are outside!

He also held my phone up to his ear tonight several times and said his own version of "hello" AND he blew kisses several times this morning!

It's really happening!!

Last night, Jake had his first moment of standing by himself without holding anything.  He managed it for about five seconds.  No steps, but he had really good balance and seemed super excited by it.  K, D, and B were the three with him at the time.
