He read his first superhero book.  The words were hard and I wasn't sure if he would make it all the way through, but he did.  The picture of text is the page he read completely on his own - no help from me on any word.

We didn't strap Ben into his booster seat for lunch today, so he first tried carrying his plate of pizza around the house.  We told him he needed to go sit down a couple of times, so he went and got a small stuffed bear.  He put the bear in his seat and said, "Don't eat my food.  I'll go get you some applesauce.  It's yummy."  He got the applesauce and brought it to the bear and said, "There we go.  Sit right there.  I'll go eat my pizza.  Yummy!".
