Mmmmm, pizza?

We ate at Stevi B's last night.  As we are wont to do, we custom ordered our own: in this case the plan was to be chicken/mushroom/onion.

Either the noise of the restaurant or through a lack of critical listening skills, the mushroom portion of the order was apparently misheard as mustard.  Amazingly, they both had mustard on tap and didn't bat an eye at including it.  So, unbeknownst to us, out came our chicken/mustard/onion pizza.

Kate was the unlucky person to make this discovery, though it did take her over half of her piece to come to that conclusion.  Needless to say, the rest of the pizza was left untouched.

Her team won the loser's bracket which isn't bad since we played in the 8th grade league and our starters are 2 sixth graders and 3 seventh graders.  Kate generally plays point guard since everyone else is either too scared or nervous.  Or bad.  She played really well, scored 4 points per game, made 80% of her free throws, led in assists and is easily the best at boxing out and help D.  She's a beast and has no fear of attacking, getting hammered repeatedly, and actually getting helped by the refs once in a blue moon.
